Fusarium head blight (FHB), primarily caused by Fusarium graminearum, is a devastating disease of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) worldwide. It results in bleached heads and shriveled, mycotoxin-contaminated, tombstone-shaped grain, reducing both yield and grain quality.
