From the Digital Profile of a Citizen to the Digital Profile of a Public Servant: China's Experience
The article analyzes the implementation of the social credit system (SCS) in China, which is a rating system for citizens based on a variety of data obtained from digital platforms and systems of government agencies and other departments, as well as from unofficial sources (such as “digital footprints” on the Internet).
