AIM: The “2026 Guidelines for Adult Stroke Rehabilitation and Recovery” replaces the 2016 “Guidelines for Adult Stroke Rehabilitation and Recovery.” This updated guideline is intended to provide a comprehensive, up-to-date, evidence-based set of recommendations.
