Barriers to small-scale merchants’ acceptance of bank-owned Unified Payment Interface payment apps
Purpose The purpose of the study is to explore the primary barriers impeding the adoption of bank-owned Unified Payment Interface (UPI) payment applications among small-scale merchants (SSMs).
