This study measures older adults’ activity change in duration and timing across five Korean Time Use Surveys (2004–2024) in one of the fastest-aging OECD societies. Weekday personal care (+28 minutes) and sport (+15) rose while social interaction (−20) fell; Sunday changes were parallel, mostly larger (work −43). Weekday travel time held near 72 minutes throughout; only Sunday travel fell (−12).
