ABSTRACT This report describes the clinical courses of two cats with hepatosplenic cytotoxic T‐cell lymphoma (TCL) with tumor‐cell hemophagocytosis (THP). Both cats presented with pancytopenia and marked splenomegaly with a honeycomb pattern on ultrasonography.
