Building Research Leadership for Global Health Impact
ABSTRACT. Global health research training programs have traditionally emphasized methodological competencies, yet technical skills alone cannot ensure equitable partnerships, effective crosscultural collaboration, or durable and locally relevant research impact in international settings.
