落实立德树人根本任务、推进“三全育人”与“五育并举”是新时代高职医学院校人才培养的核心命题。当前高职护理教育普遍存在重专业技能、轻人文素养,思政载体单一、专业文化融合不足、育人合力薄弱等现实问题。曲靖健康医学院护理学院立足六十余年护理办学积淀,紧扣红医精神与南丁格尔职业文化,构建护理学院“一中心两主体三媒介五平台”一体化文化育人工程,以培育新时代健康白衣天使为核心,联动学生党支部、团总支两大育人主体,依托微信公众号、班级微信群、QQ 群三类新媒体传播渠道,搭建“青春向党”宣讲团、青马读书会、活力白衣天使运动队、希望之音合唱团、白衣天使之爱志愿队等五大第二课堂实践平台,形成“五育”深度融合的协同育人模式。本文系统阐释该文化育人工程的生成背景、建设目标、实施路径、创新特色与实践成效,提炼可复制、可推广的高职护理专业文化育人实践范式,为医学类高职院校的文化育人建设提供实践参考。
