Start with two or three precise terms. English technical terms can help with international literature. Use AND, OR and parentheses to structure your query further.

Choose sources and filters
Enable the sources you need. Advanced search options let you narrow the date range, search field and publication type. Trial registries appear as a separate source type.

Open and check results
Open a result, read the bibliographic details and follow the available original-source or full-text link. Depending on your access, save relevant sources and continue working in the suite.

What to know about searching and working with EUVIMED.
Do I need an account?
You can try the public search in demo mode. Some sources, result counts and work features are limited. To use your personal workspace, sign in with hpsmedia using the same credentials as for the hpsmedia portal or CareLit; your access determines the enabled features.
Why do results differ between sources?
Databases have different collections, search syntax and update cycles. EUVIMED adapts search strategies to each source. Counts are therefore not directly comparable and should not simply be added when sources overlap.
Are all articles available in full text?
No. A bibliographic record and an available full text are different things. EUVIMED shows available open-access and publisher links. Licensed content remains subject to the access rights of the provider or your institution.
How do I change the language and translations?
The interface detects your browser language automatically. The language menu offers German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish. Signed-in users can personalise interface translations. Titles, abstracts and other original-source content remain in their original language.
Can I rely on AI-assisted answers?
AI features support structuring and interpretation but can produce incorrect or incomplete statements. Check sources, context and conclusions yourself. Beta results must not become the basis for clinical decisions without verification.
How current is the data?
Freshness depends on the source. Source information shows the available update status. An API connection accesses the relevant service, but its data and cached responses may still be delayed.
Why are only a few articles loaded despite a large result count?
The count may describe all matches reported by a source. The initial display and analysis use the loaded selection. Page size, source limits, filters and demo restrictions determine how many articles are actually available. Read statistical overviews in that context.
How do I report an issue?
Write to info@euvimed.com. Include the page address, search query, affected source and a short description. Please do not send passwords or identifiable patient data.
