Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Hemorrhagic stroke is a severe neurological emergency characterized by blood extravasation into the brain parenchyma or meningeal spaces, resulting in acute neurological damage and high mortality. The aim of this study is to review the main epidemiological, pathophysiological, diagnostic, and therapeutic aspects related to hemorrhagic stroke. This is a narrative review of scientific literature based on recent national and international articles. The results demonstrate that systemic arterial hypertension remains the main risk factor for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage. Early diagnosis through neuroimaging and appropriate intensive management are essential for reducing morbidity and mortality. Treatment involves clinical stabilization, blood pressure control, management of intracranial hypertension, and neurosurgical evaluation in selected cases. It is concluded that rapid identification and multidisciplinary management are essential for better clinical outcomes and reduction of neurological sequelae.
