Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Background. Endometriosis is a common chronic gynecological disease among women of reproductive age and is frequently associated with impaired reproductive function and infertility. The clinical manifestations and extent of pelvic organ involvement vary considerably among patients, necessitating a differentiated approach to the assessment of reproductive potential. Serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels and antral follicle count (AFC) are important parameters for evaluating ovarian reserve. Modern transvaginal ultrasonography enables not only the detection of structural changes associated with endometriosis but also the assessment of morphological and hemodynamic characteristics of the pelvic organs.
