Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning, and general health among employees of public and private organizations in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Method: Participants were male and female professionals from different higher-education backgrounds with at least one year of professional experience. They completed a sociodemographic questionnaire and measures of knowledge management, organizational learning, and general health. Results and Discussion: Knowledge management was positively associated with organizational learning, and both constructs were related to general health. A significant interaction effect was also observed, indicating higher general health scores among employees who simultaneously reported high levels of knowledge management and organizational learning. Research Implications: The findings reinforce the relevance of sociocognitive processes in the workplace, indicating that the integration of knowledge management and organizational learning constitutes an organizational resource associated with employee health. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by examining the experiences of professionals working in public and private organizations and demonstrating that more human-centered workplace strategies can promote better health outcomes. The findings also align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
