Non-communicable diseases represent Thailand's predominant health challenge, with nutrition-related factors critically influencing disease prevention. Village health volunteers (VHVs) serve as essential healthcare intermediaries connecting Thailand's primary care system to rural communities but demonstrate insufficient nutrition literacy competencies.
