Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Reimbursement reviews are comprehensive assessments of the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, as well as patient and clinician perspectives, of a drug or drug class. The assessments inform nonbinding recommendations that help guide the reimbursement decisions of Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec. This review assesses sarilumab (Kevzara), 150 mg/1.14 mL or 200 mg/1.14 mL, as a single-dose prefilled syringe or prefilled pen, subcutaneous injection. Indication: Sarilumab injection is indicated in the treatment of adult patients with polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) who have had an inadequate response to corticosteroids, or who have experienced a relapse during corticosteroid taper.
