Objective: To assess knowledge gaps among medical undergraduates regarding antibiotic use and resistance. Study Design: Cross-sectional study. Place and Duration of Study: King Edward Medical University, Lahore Pakistan, from Jul to Aug 2024. Methodology: Data were collected using a pre-designed, pre-tested questionnaire from 300 medical students divided into two groups: Group-A (Years 1–3) and Group-B (Years 4–5). Results: Of the 300 participants, 42% were male and 57% female. Group A comprised 25% of students, while Group B accounted for 74%.
