Vollständiger Abstract

Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

In developing countries, such as Pakistan, youth entrepreneurship is viewed as a solution to unemployment, but it still encounters substantial difficulties. The present research utilized a mixed-methods approach to investigate the factors that influence young people's undergoing in entrepreneurship. While the quantitative aspect of the research revealed constraints related to financial issues, taxes, competition, and institutional inefficiencies, it also revealed psychological, skill-level, and social barriers. The conclusions drawn from the research, which were based on the Human Capital Theory and the Institutional Theory, indicated that a lack of strong institutional frameworks and insufficient skills development are both negative factors for entrepreneurship. The government has taken steps to show their policy intentions, but the execution is still inconsistent. The research indicated a need for all-inclusive institutional reforms and human capital investments to support the continuance of youth entrepreneurship.
