European Health Evidence

The European alternative to PubMed

EUVIMED is the European alternative to PubMed: a central, multilingual research platform for medicine, nursing, life sciences and healthcare. It brings together international and European literature sources, study registries, open-access full texts, citations and retraction notices in one search. Unlike pure bibliographic databases, EUVIMED supports the entire research process – from discovery and appraisal with LIVIA and CLARA to traceable evidence synthesis. European in focus, transparent, interoperable and designed for science and healthcare.

Vollständiger Abstract

Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

The article advances the theoretical foundations of HR functioning in the digital economy and substantiates the transformation of enterprise human capital management mechanisms. It is argued that HR digitalization should not be reduced to the automation of personnel administration, recruitment, or training, since its economic significance lies in changing how human capital is formed, utilized, developed, and reproduced. The distinctions between electronic, digital, and intelligent HR management are clarified. The roles of data, HR analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and employee self-service in the shift from reactive personnel procedures to predictive and strategic management are revealed. The principles of digital HR transformation are systematized as follows: strategic alignment, human-centeredness, evidence-based decision-making, adaptability, ethics, algorithmic transparency, data security, and continuous organizational learning. A theoretical architecture of HR in the digital economy is proposed, combining digital infrastructure, redesigned HR processes, analytical and competency components, and strategic outcomes. A mechanism for the transition from the traditional to the digital model of human capital management is developed. It includes assessing digital maturity, creating a data architecture, redesigning processes, developing digital competencies and culture, evaluating effects, and continuous improvement. The study demonstrates that the effectiveness of digital HR is determined not by the number of implemented technologies but by their integration with enterprise strategy, organizational culture, trust mechanisms, and the economic objectives of human capital development. The proposed provisions form a methodological basis for further diagnosis of digital HR maturity and for designing enterprise-specific transformation programs. Keywords: HR, digital economy, human capital, digital transformation, HR analytics, artificial intelligence, digital competencies, personnel management, organizational learning, mechanism, model, enterprise.
