Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
In cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage associated with multiple cerebral aneurysms, the primary clinical challenge is to identify the ruptured aneurysm. In most cases, the ruptured aneurysm is the larger aneurysm with an irregular shape and diverticula. Occasional cases are encountered in clinical practice in which rupture occurs in the smallest aneurysm with a regular shape. This article presents a clinical case of rupture of a miliary aneurysm (up to 2 mm in size) located at the A2–A3 junction of the left anterior cerebral artery in a patient who was also found to have four larger aneurysms. These included an irregular, bilobulated aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery.
