Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This study examined trends in psychosocial intervention studies for older adults with dementia in Korea and explored major research topics and knowledge structures through keyword network analysis. A total of 131 studies published in KCI-indexed (or candidate) journals and doctoral dissertations between 2010 and 2025 were analyzed. The number of studies increased until 2019, but the rate of increase slowed thereafter. Stimulation-oriented interventions accounted for the largest proportion, while psychological/internal resources and functional domains were the most frequently examined outcome variables. Keyword network analysis identified cognitive function, depression, and quality of life as major research topics. Cognitive function and depression demonstrated high centrality, indicating their central roles in linking diverse intervention approaches and related outcome variables. Other keywords formed specialized research areas while also connecting multiple research domains. These findings provide an overview of research trends and knowledge structures and suggest directions for future psychosocial intervention research and practice in Korea.
