Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
The article examines the impact of gamifycation on the formation of digital consumer loyalty within digital branding. It demonstrates that gamification is no longer merely a tactical tool for attracting attention but is becoming a strategic mechanism for managing usersʼ behavioural activity and emotional interaction with a brand. In conditions of intense competition, digital saturation, and information overload, gamified interactions contribute to increased engagement, stimulation of repeated actions, and the development of long-term relationships between consumers and a brandʼs digital platform. The study hypothesises that the systematic use of gamification mechanics in digital branding increases consumersʼ behavioural loyalty by enhancing emotional engagement, interactivity, and the depth of interaction with the brand. The methodology combines a content analysis of mobile applications and digital platforms of six brands across three industries with a quantitative analysis of download metrics, review structures, average ratings, category rankings, and website traffic. To assess the impact, a system of proxy indicators is proposed: Download Index (DI), Positive Review Rate (PRR), Web Interaction Index (WII), and the integrated electronic Net Promoter Score (eNPS). The results reveal a positive relationship between the level of gamifycation implementation and integrated digital loyalty metrics, allowing gamification to be formalised as a structural element of digital brand strategy and substantiating the feasibility of its systematic implementation in marketing communications practice
