Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This study proposes an integrative counseling model combining Emotion-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to address maladaptive symptoms and reconstruct the collapsed inner self-system in clients with disorganized attachment. Based on a comprehensive literature review, this integrative approach was applied to a clinical case study to analyze the therapeutic process. Specifically, the study demonstrates how a client with attachment trauma learns to experience the true Self, externalize distorted emotional responses, and achieve lasting symptom relief while reinforcing a positive sense of self. Furthermore, it derives meaningful implications for Christian counseling by analyzing how distorted God representations within the client's inner world are positively restructured into vital resources fo spiritual integration and personal growth. Finally, the limitations of the current study and concrete suggestions for future research are discussed.
