Objectives: The objectives of the study are to examine the associations of current Vitamin D supplementation and antidiabetic treatment pattern with muscle strength, physical performance, fatigue severity, and glycemic control among adults with long-standing type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: This hospital-based cross-sectional study included 288 adults with diabetes duration of at least 5 years. Current Vitamin D supplementation, antidiabetic regimen, serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, glycated hemoglobin, handgrip strength, five-chair stand time, and Fatigue Severity Scale score were assessed at a single visit. Multivariable linear and logistic regression used pre-specified clinical covariates, and Holm correction was applied within predefined families of multiple comparisons.
