Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This paper critically analyzes the history underlying the role of global diplomacy in the development and spread of educational technology in the areas of education and rehabilitation. Since World War II, global cooperation among nations, global bodies, and educational systems has been important in influencing global educational systems through technological development. Through historical analysis, the paper seeks to investigate the role that global diplomacy has played in influencing the development of educational technology, such as online learning environments and technology-driven rehabilitation processes. Through a mixed research study methods that gathers data from a questionnaire survey among 42 respondents aimed at reviewing the effectiveness of educational technology in learning processes and rehabilitation programs, the paper finds conclusive evidence that technology-driven educational processes have played a positively significant role in influencing engagement in learning processes, thereby suggesting that global diplomacy is a useful tool in achieving equal educational access among all through the proper development of educational technology.
