Vollständiger Abstract

Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

The purpose of the study is to analyze the functioning of foreign vocabulary in Ukrainian speech, to determine the features of its use, adaptation and role in the modern language space from the standpoint of neorealist views and considerations. The object of the study is modern Ukrainian speech in the context of the active functioning of foreign vocabulary. The subject of the study is neorealist views on the semantic role of foreign vocabulary, the features of its use, adaptation and functioning in the Ukrainian language environment. In the process of analysis, descriptive, sociolinguistic, comparative research methods were used. The work for the first time examines the functioning, influence, life, and use of foreign vocabulary in modern Ukrainian speech from the standpoint of neorealist views on lexical borrowings. Special attention is paid to the analysis of foreign vocabulary from the point of view of the synthesis of scientific knowledge. An attempt is made to systematize the main trends in the functioning of foreign borrowings, and their role in the processes of linguistic modernization and communicative adaptation of the Ukrainian language to the conditions of globalization is determined. Neorealist approaches to the analysis of language borrowings are based on the recognition of the naturalness of language changes and the functional expediency of foreign language elements. Foreign language vocabulary is an integral part of modern Ukrainian speech and reflects intercultural interactions. Foreign language vocabulary also actively functions in various areas of Ukrainian speech, undergoes a process of adaptation to the language system and performs important communicative functions. At the same time, excessive and unmotivated use of borrowings can negatively affect language culture and displace national language resources. Prospects for further research include studying the latest trends in the functioning of foreign language vocabulary in the digital environment, analyzing the linguistic behavior of various social groups, as well as studying the processes of adaptation of Anglicisms and other borrowings in the modern Ukrainian language.
