Vollständiger Abstract

Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

The creation of texts by a neural network has been one of the most discussed topics in the scientific community since 2022. Experts study how language models affect various areas of our lives, and worry about the future, which will change under the influence of this technology. The academic community is also discussing the prospects or possible prohibitions on the use of artificial intelligence, for example, in the field of education, which is already suffering from the use of ChatGPT by the younger generation. Although now the public’s attention is focused on the results that the authors receive, sending promts to neural network, in this article we want to shift the vector to the promts themselves and answer the following questions: which genre should the promts be referred to; what mandatory elements and genre features they have; whether creating a promt text can be considered a learning process. For research purposes, a survey of 104 respondents from the younger generation of Russians was conducted through the Yandex View system, which was supplemented with in–depth interviews and content analysis of promts. The result of the study showed that promts can be attributed to the “Instruction” metagenre, since they contain the characteristic features of this metagenre. In addition, it was possible to establish that the work of the younger generation on the promt, under certain conditions, is a learning process, the effectiveness of which increases with the assistance of a teacher.
