Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This article presents the results of a study of a composite fast-hardening cement slurry based on urea-formaldehyde synthetic resin, designed for effective waterproofing and repair and insulation work. Unlike similar products, this fast-hardening cement slurry effectively cures over a wide temperature range from 20°C to 100°C. The curing time and rate of the analyzed cement slurry are regulated by the hardener concentration and type over a wide time frame, from several tens of minutes to 5-8 hours. The flexural strength of the resulting cement slurry is regulated by the addition of inert fillers and the hardener concentration. Its strength characteristics are superior to those of similar products. Increasing the curing temperature and hardener concentration causes a multiple expansion of the cement slurry. Research results demonstrate that the composition's process parameters are well controlled across the entire operating temperature range, ensuring trouble-free water sealing and repair and insulation operations. Practical use in water sealing operations in wells at the Samotlor field demonstrated the effectiveness of the technology using a fast-hardening cement slurry. This resulted in increased oil production due to a reduction in water cut in well production. The composition's low cost and ready availability make it economically advantageous. It has been demonstrated that the fast-hardening cement slurry meets the requirements for cement materials and is recommended for wider implementation.
