European Health Evidence

The European alternative to PubMed

EUVIMED is the European alternative to PubMed: a central, multilingual research platform for medicine, nursing, life sciences and healthcare. It brings together international and European literature sources, study registries, open-access full texts, citations and retraction notices in one search. Unlike pure bibliographic databases, EUVIMED supports the entire research process – from discovery and appraisal with LIVIA and CLARA to traceable evidence synthesis. European in focus, transparent, interoperable and designed for science and healthcare.

Vollständiger Abstract

Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

This article presents an analysis of current programs and methods for organizing physical education and mass sports in Russia and examines organizational models for physical education and health promotion among populations of various age groups. Particular attention is paid to interdepartmental cooperation, regulatory frameworks, and the implementation of innovative management approaches. Based on a study of domestic and international experience, as well as the results of sociological research and grant competitions, key areas for the development of mass sports are identified, including the creation of community clubs, the development of infrastructure for the elderly and youth, and the implementation of digital platforms for monitoring and engaging the population. The article substantiates proposals for improving program-based management, individualizing approaches, and increasing the accessibility of physical education and health services. The article's materials may be useful for physical education specialists, organizers of mass sports, and for developing regional and federal strategies for promoting healthy lifestyles.
