Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
"In modern clinical practice, we often encourage patients to adopt healthier behaviours — exercise more, eat better, sleep well, reduce stress. Yet one powerful, evidence based tool for mental well-being is frequently overlooked: lifelong learning. Lifelong learning is not limited to formal qualifications or professional development. It is the ongoing act of staying curious — reading, listening, exploring, experimenting, and engaging with new ideas. For medical professionals, who routinely support patients through stress, chronic illness, and emotional challenges, understanding the health benefits of learning can enrich both clinical practice and personal well-being. Lifelong learning is not merely an educational concept; it is a well-being strategy. Staying curious keeps the mind active, the emotions balanced, and the spirit hopeful. In a world that often feels overwhelming, learning offers a gentle, accessible, and profoundly effective way to support mental and emotional health."
