Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Objective: This study aimed to examine the effect of Cognitive Behavioral Group Psychotherapy (CBGP) on relapse tendency, emotion regulation difficulties, psychological resilience, irrational beliefs, and general self-efficacy among individuals who had previously received substance addiction treatment.Materials and Methods: A pre-test/post-test control group 2×2 split-plot factorial design was used in this study. The sample consisted of 24 male participants aged 18–24 years who had previously undergone substance addiction treatment and were under probation supervision. Participants were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (n=12) or the control group (n=12). The experimental group received a structured 13-week Cognitive Behavioral Group Psychotherapy program, whereas no psychological intervention was applied to the control group.
